Q: What events do you do?
A: The range of mobile bars that we offer are suitable for a wide variety of different temporary events, from weddings, corporate hospitality, company product launches, sports events, festivals, outdoor concerts and equestrian events, just to give you a flavour of the diverse range of events our bars are suitable for.
Q: Do you have public liability insurance?
A: Yes. Our employees and us are fully covered to £10 million.
Q: Are you Licensed?
A: Yes. Our Founder has Personal Alcohol licence that allows him to supervise the sale of alcohol.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes. For us to process your booking we will send you an invoice for the £250 (inc VAT) deposit via a secure link. You can pay by card or bank transfer. Once you have paid this deposit, you will receive the booking confirmation email.
Q: What is maximum number of people you can cater?
A: Maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 350 people. Just let us know your requirements and we will customise a package for you.
Q: Do you operate indoor or outdoor?
A: We can do both! We have our 3m by 3m Gazebo for the outdoor use. Our bars can be easily fitted indoors and in any configuration you want. Also our two bars can be split to serve drinks in two different locations (e.g. One outdoor and one indoor)
Q: What sort of bar do you have ?
A: We have two custom build 6ft bars and a joiner table that can be combined to make a 14ft full size bar. Also it can be rearranged into L-shape. All are modular construction and can be disassembled to be moved to any location.
Q: Can I decide on the drinks menu?
A: Yes, absolutely! We will try our best to accomodate your taste and budget. In any case we have our own cocktail menu .
Q: Can you serve my alcohol?
A: We defiantly can! And if you run out we got it- just pick the check at the end if you use extra. Our prices are very competitive.
Q: Can I design a mobile bar package for my event?
A: Yes. We offer great flexibility when it comes to the mobile bar packages. We have three main bar packages for you to choose from. We are heavy to customise the package for your individual needs.
Q: Do I need to apply for any licenses?
A: If your event requires a temporary event notice (TEN) for the sale of alcohol, generally those are the events when the alcohol haven't been purchased prior to the event and customers pay at the bar. For a small additional fee of £21 we can apply for TEN on your behalf.
Q: How long does it take for you to set-up?
A: This depends upon the individual circumstances such as locaion, indoor or outdoor, weather etc. However, a rule of thumb is approximately 2 hours for us to set-up.
Q: Do you offer beer and ciders on the tap?
A: Draught lagers and ciders are available upon request as we need to bring additional equipment to keep them at the right temperature. Beer and Cider can also be made available in bottled form just speak with our team.
Q: Do you provide staff?
A: Yes. We have lovely bartenders who will be looking after your party.
Q: Do you provide glasses?
A: Yes. We provide biodegradable disposable glasses for all events. If you need anything other than these, please speak to us about your requirements. We can arrange other glassware.
Q: Do you offer soft drinks?
A: Yes, we offer soft drinks as well as cucumber water for all the customers. For the responsibly drinkers, we’re happy to offer non-alcoholic cocktails or soft drinks.
Q: Are there any facilities requirements?
A: Power and water would be nice. If this is not possible for you, then we are able to provide a generator to provide power and potrtable water tanks for washing . A small additional fee will be payable for this.
Q: Can you supply bar furniture ?
A: As a standard to all of our packages we have 4 bar seats. We will be happy to work around you event and can provide additional seatings for additional cost. For one day event we have chairs and table benches (learn more)
Q: When do I need to pay?
A: Any outstanding credit needs to be paied 48 hours before the event. If case your party harder than expected and had more drinks than expected we got it covered! we will send you an invoice within 48 hours and you have another 72 hours to pay for it.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel for whatever reason?
A: Unfortunately, it is our policy that the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your event less than 48 hours prior to the planned date of the event there might be some additional charges to this.

A: No! We are transparent with our pricing. We do not charge any installation fees neither we charge and hide cost for our services.
