HOW IT WORKS
You can select any number of botanicals to go with your gin we recommend to have from 6-12. Default one is Juniper since without it is not a Gin anymore. To help you chose we included our own recipes we use to make DEPTFORD ARCHES GIN in the file below.

DISTILATION METHOD
Liquid Infusion - when botanicals are places into the still with Ethanol and water. Bolder and richer flavour.
Vapour - botanicals are suspended above the liquid in the gin basket for ethanol vapour to pass through. Make flavour smoother and silky.
Combination- some botanicals are placed in the liquid and some in the gin basket (lemon peel, rose petals etc)
